Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Estimate requests: your name, phone number or email address, ZIP code, a description of your project, an optional photo of the room, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
• Conversations: calls, text messages and emails you exchange with us about your project.
• Technical data: your IP address, used to limit spam and repeated submissions, and information collected by analytics and advertising tools, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule visits, carry out and follow up on your project, keep business records, protect the site from abuse, and understand and improve how people find and use our website and advertising.

Text messages

If you check the consent box on our form, or text our business number yourself, we may text you at the number you provided with replies about your request, project updates, appointment reminders and status messages. An automated AI assistant may also send or help draft these messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Who processes your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We use service providers that process information on our behalf, including Cloudflare (website hosting, form processing and an email copy of each request), Telegram (where our team receives requests and replies), Fibery (where we track requests and follow-ups; it receives the text of requests, of your text messages and of our replies, and how you found our site, such as an ad campaign tag or the referring website; not photos), Telnyx (text message delivery), an AI service provider for the automated assistant, and Google Tag Manager with analytics and advertising tools that may include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft Clarity. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and the results of our advertising. Advertising cookies may be considered “sharing” of personal information under California law. You can opt out of advertising storage and ad data sharing on this site at any time; we also honor the Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser.

When you submit a request through our site, we may share your email address or phone number with Google in hashed (encoded) form so we can measure the results of our ads; the opt-out below also stops this.

Do not sell or share my personal information

Your choices and California rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To make a request, email [email protected] or call (916) 270-0777. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to you, complete and support your project, and meet legal and business record-keeping needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or messaging service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
